PX 5 PORT KAWASAKI 170cc Kit - £150

LML 5 PORT barrel bored and SES ported to receive jap piston and head machined.
Good low down mid range tune for all round rally going.
Kit consists of barrel, head JAP piston kit and small end bearing.
Kit works well with Sito Plus or Simonini Exhaust and P200 carb jetted to 118 or 120 main jet.
Most conversions run with ether 21 tooth or even 22 tooth cosa clutch and still have plenty of pulling power.

VESPA T5 172cc KIT
SES T5 172cc iron liner conversion with sprigoted head and JAP Piston.
kit contains head, barrel and piston kit plus gasket.
all kits are exchanged for your old barrel and head. Ported to the customers requirements.
PX 195cc and 210cc JAP Conversion Kits method 1
We take a pinasco 177cc barrel and machine out the bore to recieve a iron liner with jap piston.While the barrel is machined down we are able to work on the porting better than when it is in its normal state.
We then machine the case's out to recieve the larger barrel and sprigot the head for better sealing.
We port the cases to either the race crank or the read valve crank for either the 57mm or the 60mm stroke. The crank is then split and a modified T5 conrod is fitted and the crank is then trued.
Several cc sizes to achieve - 195cc, 210cc, 215cc and scope for more.
Several dyno results vary from 16.5bhp a 210cc road tuned to 19.8bhp for a 195cc with stage 4 tuning. No full race tuned barrels yet done.
Cost varies on what parts are required BETWEEN £500 - £650
Method 2
We take the pinasco as it is and tune it to SES speck, port the cases and replace the crank with either 57mm or 60mm crank to gain the required cc.
A lot easy to do but only 2 cc sizes - 177cc standard or the 195cc.

Service includes spark plug and oil change, brakes, fittings, lights, tyres, forks, carb and suspension are all checked.
Customer is advised on any problems and cost before any work is carried out.
ROAD AND ENGINE SERVICE - £120
As above with an engine services that includes barrel, piston and head checked, clutch removed and checked, strip down of clutch arm and regrease, flywheel removed and electrics checked, carb cleaned,wheels removed and brakes cleaned and exhaust bolt to engine removed and regreased before refitting.
