All Lambretta engines are stripped, checked, cleaned before assembly.

Engines are set up on timing and strobed before leaving shop.

All spares to be added to total cost of rebuild.

 

Lambretta Cylinder Tuning Kit

SES tuning -5, 6 and 7 - port alloy barrel tuning 185cc, 200cc and 225cc kits

 

SR barrel reported with extra boost port added, jap piston and head.
Kit is used with either a 58/116 crank (tv) conrod or 58/115 crank (rd400) conrod. Can also be used with 60 stroke cranks. Ported to customers requirments.
The extra boost port is postioned at the side to gain its full potential and maximum output.

 

Piston Liner Lambretta Piston Piston Top

 

We are currently tunig these barrels with one or more and up to 3 ports added to the 225cc barrels.
We will clean up and tune these kits which range from £70 - £100 on ebay.
Please note - some of the heads supplied with these kits are not sutable and will have to be changed.
We also can add these ports to Rapido barrels and other iron lined and cast barrels.
Prices vary per tune and per barrel.

SES Tuning Lambretta TS1 240cc and 250cc Tuning Kit - £350

 

TS1 barrel machined to take iron liner and bored to recieve A.F RAYSPEEDS top quality RAPIDO 250cc piston.The liner has a larger back transfer than the standard TS1 and also as a small boost transfer in the back of the barrel.ON running this set up on this years SPRINTER we found the rear port was also lubricating the big end of the crank much better than the normal port set up.

 

The barrel is also sprigoted at the top to recieve the modified head, (no head gasket required).the base of the barrel is 76mm so casings have to be machined to 76mm diameter.The back of the casings are ported to provide the feed for the boost port. The piston is modifed with a power port as per pictures.

 

The kit is made to run on a 58/107 race crank like A.F.'S of which we can supply. The kit can also be made to run 60mm stroke to achieve the 250cc. All casing mod's are done in house and are in with the price of the kit.

 

Cost of kit is £350, you have to provide the barrel and head, plus a casing for us to modify for the kit.

STANDARD ROAD SERVICE - £40.00

Oil change, spark plug replaced, cables, light, all fittings, brakes, steering, forks, engine mountings, suspension and body work are all checked for condition and customer advised if any defects are found before any work is carried out to the defect.

 

ENGINE AND ROAD SERVICE - £140.00

As above with full in depth examination of engine.

Engine service consist of checking condition of barrel, piston and head, stator and flywheel check, clutch and all internal running gear behind case side. As above no repairs are are carried out and no parts are changed until customer is adviced of cost.

 

CABLE SERVICE - £35.00

Removal of old cables and replace with friction free and adjustment.

 

ELECTRONIC SIL STATOR PLATE AND FLYWHEEL SERVICE

Rechecking of low tension coil,pick up and wiring £1.00
Rewire off stator £15.00.
Removal and fitting of coil or pick up(parts extra) - £10.00
